discipleship flyer

Some of my church are sharing the gospel on the streets and last week (for the first time) somebody got saved in the streets. That guy got saved but was from another town and because of that we aren't able to discipel him. Is there a flyer or something to get a guy like that "starting". We gave him a bible (of course) and ask him to follow it.

So the question: is there a flyer or anything to give young converts that we probably will not meet again and so can't disciple.

Can you call someone you know in a church where he lives and have them take him in?

Churches are not really known for that I know.

I'm curious, how do you know he got saved? What convinced you?
