BubI think the words "intelligent design" take away from even what it is. God's ways are higher then our ways and His thoughts are higher then our thoughts. Our finite minds cannot grasp the infinitude and majesty of God that by His word the heavens and the eath were created. The world will try and explain many things but in Christ all things are to be found.Colossians 2:3: In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.If you told any worldy intellectual that verse explaining that ALL wisdom and knoweldge of value is found in Christ you would be laughed to scorn. Colossians 2:8: Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

You would think so, I agree, but recently, an intellectual I know was delighted to find more than he had ever dreamed, in the world of words - the verses you quoted! He is taking to Bible-listening with an honest heart. - Faith, brother! It's the word of God, the two-edged sword and, it's always still sharp! :-)

Mike,I hear you. I just found the idea that a dandelion was from intellegent design, but that humans were clearly not -- because we are obviously flawed -- a bit ironic and quite funny.Gotta laugh at ourselves once in awhile as well as condemn and correct.Bub
