Whoa there NDY-- there are many many excellent articles from Charisma. Not everyone who writes an article for them is a kook.

I read a good article there once. However most of it is nasty off-centred, unbalanced unbiblical stuff. A believer would do well to exercise extreme prayerful caution when reading it's highly dubious contents. They feature and promote almost every heretic in the known and unknown charismatic/pentecostal world on a regular basis.

I recently had a friend who is going through some tough times.
My wife and I took her to see deadpool after watching the trailer. The trailer seemed to be relatively ok and it was classified suitable for 15 year old children to watch.
What I saw was not only vicious but also pornographic. I was horrified and had to apologise to the friend we took.
My biggest shock was that this was deemed suitable for 15 year olds. Its not even suitable for adults and it took some repentance and spiritual warfare to what I had exposed my self to.
I am of the opinion that Hollywood is a vehicle for the enemy as is television for the most part.
Thanks for the honesty Tony. Truth is we all have areas that need to be willing to part ways with- some may even seem innocent on the surface. If we listen closely the HS will tell us what those things may be.
The fact that such a question is being asked, simply reveals the deplorable state of professing believers in America!
If even these two verses which follow, would penetrate the believers heart, we'd have no need to even address this. We'd already be abstaining from all appearances of such evil and being about our Father's business.

Is it any wonder then, that most are neutral in their minds, not only to Jehu's question, but also to this one asked in this thread.

I think questions like this should be asked.
There are many Christians who would willingly go and watch anything at the cinema and not give it a second thought.
Like those to whom Jesus said ''away from me I never knew you''.
Its when we asks questions like this that others may stop and think more about what they actually do with their lives.
Its when we stop challenging the deplorable state of believers that we then see how far we have fallen.

I should have listened before I went to be honest.
The last film I went to see was Noah. I Should have learnt a lesson from that rubbish film.
