I've started a website for work. Trying to more aggressively build an estate planning practice (which is the area of law I enjoy most, and working with seniors).
Going to eventually add some 3 minute educational videos of me but I'm going to begin with video slideshows or so-called "video sales letters" -- essentially just slide shows with words as slides and me narrating the same text that appears.
It is not yet a feature on Google Slides or Libre Office nor is it easily do-able any other way EXCEPT by moving into an updated version of MS Office. (I love the old MS Office because it does what I need but lasts for SO long; I currently use Office 2003.) Microsoft personnel from some land far, far away just told me that the Office 365 subscription version has the same functionality as Office 2013 or 2016 --- and I know for sure on those they built in the specific capability to convert slide shows in PowerPoint into videos for online posting, with narration, music, whatever else embedded into the slides. I just didn't want to spend the money because I'm cheap. :)
Before I make the plunge -- and bear in mind I've spent the better part of the last 2 weeks at night and some during the day reading about the work arounds and software for this or that, so in my own mind I've covered all the possibilities for an easy alternative to the MS Office upgrade only to find none -- I want to know if any of you guys are specifically aware of an EASY alternative to PPT that lets you seamlessly lay down audio tracks and narration into a slide show and then convert that over to a ready-to-publish video.
Where some of you might have experience is if you work in media in your church.
