Quick Question about Reggie Kelly

I'm getting ready to listen to Joel Richardson interview Reggie Kelly on his Underground program. I understand Reggie Kelly lives in Ben Israel in Minnesota. Is this the community that Art Katz started? Is Reggie Kelly associated with Art Katz?

Who is Reggie Kelly?
Reggie Kelly is best known to most of us as a close friend and theological companion of the late Art Katz (1929-2007).
Reggie was saved in 1969 as part of the Jesus People movement of the 60’s. He married this wife, Connie in 1969, and she followed him in baptism and service. A voracious hunger for God and truth followed. In 1975 he met Art Katz and attended the first Holy Convocation meetings in Minnesota, and many thereafter.
Over the past 25 years, he had the privilege to accompany Art on many trips to foreign places. Reggie was a key participant at the Prophetic Schools that were held annually at the Ben Israel lodge. (Some of those recordings are available at Sermon Index). He was the teaching elder at Ben Israel for 12 yrs., up until Art’s death. He is not affiliated with the current Ben Israel Fellowship. He and his wife Connie have 6 children and 10 grandchildren. They still live in Laporte, Minnesota.

Reggie is a wealth of knowledge & insight. When he shares something, Get out your Bible & read & reread. He is not just regurgitating what he read on Google like so many who "presume to be teachers" in our day. He also has a clear Teaching gift, but with an understanding of the prophetic texts (& the ability to explain & reconcile them all together with the NT epistles/Gospels) to a degree not often seen in those whose primary gift is teaching per se. I find him to be a fresh well of refreshing water. He was recently on Joel Richardson's "Joel's Underground" show discussing the case for Pre-Millinealism & I really enjoyed it. He is also gracious in explaining why those who disagree with his view are often sincere in their way of evaluating (& he is kind & mature), but then also explains the texts that show their reasoning is shaping their view, not the text. This balance of knowledge, understanding, wisdom & especially graciousness/gentleness in such circles of "disagreement" is rare, refreshing & Biblical. Anyways, Reggie's site, "Mystery of Israel" is a library of knowledge & he often answers the questions/arguments that people ask. Good stuff. He is no "Hebrew Roots Movement" guy AT ALL. That's like when people ask if I'm part of the "House Church Movement" because we are part of a house church. Or the "Homeschool Movement" because we homeschool (have for 10+ years). Or if we are part of the "quiver full movement" because I have 7 kids? No. We didn't do these things because of some "movement" (than actually started & came later), so we don't even know what all the "issues" of those movements are collectively. Likewise, because one has studied the Mystery of Israel in scripture for over 30 years, that doesn't make them a part of some divergent "Hebrew Roots movement" that sprung up much more recently. This type "grouping", branding & classifying people (without knowledge) is not helpful and leads to wrong application, wrong assumptions, etc.

WOW! This was just released today on Joel Richardson's "Joel's Trumpet" Website. He interviews Reggie Kelley on the issues of Israel, Prophecy, Eschatology, etc. & does a SPECTACULAR job explaining my view & what I believe FAR BETTER & more supportively than I can. It's a 30 minute interview of "Joel's Underground" Episode 44, "Understanding God's Purposes with Israel with Reggie Kelley". This is the same view held by both of them, me, Art Katz, Horatious Bonar, Charles Spurgeon, etc., etc.
