However, I humbly submit the Armor of God is Jesus Christ. It can be nothing else.
Put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the flesh.
Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
Eph 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
He is our peace:
Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
He is the Truth, Belt of Truth:
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
He is our righteousness: Breastplate of Righteousness
Jer 23:6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
1Co 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and RIGHTEOUSNESS, and sanctification, and redemption:
Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Shield of Faith: He is our Shield.
2 Sam 22:3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: HE IS MY SHIELD, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live BY THE FAITH OF THE SON OF GOD, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Rom 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
And He is the gift and the power. Nothing works apart from Him. Is He using you in healing others? He is the Healer. Is He using you to deliver others from the powers of Darkness? He the Deliverer.
2 Cor 9:15 Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
2 Cor 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
