From a Brother in Turkey

Please pray for the brethren in Turkey. As you all likely know, since the "coup attempt" the other day, all kinds of craziness is taking place there. Some of it is making it to media outlets and national news (torturing ex-military members, people using it as an occasion to attack and burn down churches, etc.) & some of it isn't.

I have been corresponding with a young missionary in Turkey who is there with his wife and small kids. He said "please be in prayer for the believers there. No one there really knows what all is really going on and there are too many scary possibilities to consider. But it's really bad. It's not good."

Brother we have been praying for Turkey and the believers their own persecution watch. We will continue to keep them in our prayers.
