hi luckydHave you heard the name Jehovah? It was the name that God gave to Himself in His special dealings with the people of Israel. (Exodus 6:1-8) If you are reading an older translation you will probably find the word LORD spelled out in upper case letters; this always means the word here is really 'Jehovah'. The people of Israel were the authentic 'Jehovah's Witnesses'. (I don't mean the sect which has hijacked that phrase!!). The people of Israel respected that name so much that they hardly ever said it and people were not sure how it was pronounced. The word 'Jehovah' was a guess at how to pronounce the name. The Hebrew language used in the Old Testament doesn't have any vowels, so they put some into the four letters of God's name; YHWH. The letters they put in were YeHoWah and pronounced it Jehovah. Later scholars decided that this was almost certainly the wrong vowels and put different vowels in their place so it became YaHWeH. Jehovah or Yahweh is the name of God expressing His special relationship with His ancient people Israel. It never appears in the New Testament, which is why Christians are never 'Jehovah's Witnesses' but are Jesus' Witnesses. Jesus is also a European proununciation of a Hebrew name; it means Jehovah the Saviour.As regards the video, that is much easier to deal with. It is rubbish from beginning to end. It is either a method of increasing sales or the ramblings of a disordered mind. You can safely ignore such self-proclaimed 'prophets'. You will find God's truth in His Book.
