technical question

As I was purusing one of the forums yesterday, I read the comment that these sermons were listened to in the car, which means obviously that they were downloaded to another medium. I'm not very technically astute with computers, and I was wondering if anyone can let me know what is the best way of downloading these messages so that they can be listened to at times other than while you are sitting at the computer. It would be great if there was some day to download them to a CD...I like to listen to good teaching/preaching while I'm on the treadmill each day. Thanks for your help!

Walmart has very cheap mp3 players you can buy. You could buy one of those and download them onto there. They come with arm bands so you can use it on the treadmill

Also you can burn all the sermons to CD's. Just simply right click on a sermon title and choose "save target as". Then once you have the sermon mp3 file onto your desktop you can burn the file to an "audio" cd with your operating system.
