One Thing no man taketh away

"Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee."

"...and your joy no man taketh from you."

What is actually our possesion? What is actually completely ours? Life, food, rainment, a house, a fellowship with dear brethren, children, parents, a job... the list goes on. This much I know, none of these are ours. But there is one thing no man taketh away... whether I am in prison or at freedom, whether I have friends or no friends, whether I have church or can't find a church, whether I have a Bible or have no Bible... IT IS GOD! Nobody can take Him from me and nobody can take me from Him! "I am my Beloved's and my Beloved is mine!"

"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."

"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." AMEN!

Wonderful hymn! But even when you are not broken financially... but in your heart: you come to understand that the Only reason you live and find strength to live is GOD, is Christ! There is another hymn I also love very much:
"All my springs are in you!" I've heard it in German and Russian but I don't know whether there is a version in English.
