From 1 Corinthians 2:11
"No one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God."
No way we can know them. He reveals them to us in proportion to the time we spend with Him. He enjoys those who enjoy Him. He is happy to reveal His thoughts to those who give Him the time to do so.
