Evangelism of the World and in a World way

15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.

Today was evangelising in Hemel and had to go to the other end of town because of a so called Christian Rap Group and there music was not godly in anyway, they said that there music was godly they had no foundation in apologetics and probably word of faith movement.

It broke my heart because the amount of false converts that go in and out of these churches who think by a flash show maybe once in while will bring them to a concert in which they will hear and bait and switch message.

Where they use worldly methods to get a different gospel over to those who are blind who are more worried about converts than true salvation.

It breaks my heart!

Having to clean up after a false gospel has been preached is terrible and things like the word of faith movement it makes me want to cry as I was probably annoyed at them

There are so many groups and churches you have to ask are these guys for me , what message are they preaching. I welcome pastors who preach the same message and the same gospel.

Pray that God can give me meekness and pray as I am such a mess and that God can help me

Brother, are you a pastor?

You say, your heart is broken... and it should be! Everyone of us should be broken about it!

"But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children."

We are not of those that turn aside and say: "It makes no difference, whether I am following the Lord or not. Whether I am preaching the truth or not."

So what do you do? Turn away and let the devil have the whole place? (as brother Ravenhill puts it) No! We will fight! We must fight for God's sake!

"Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men." (Psalm 12)

"I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth." (Isaiah 62:6,7)

We are not fighting a losing battle! He will come and glorify His name! And even if we die in the process, still we will be overcomers and God will glorify His name!

Stay firm brother, and draw nearer to God! "And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days." (Daniel 11)
