My mother n law is from PH but she is currently here in the States. She was living with us for the past year. We found out she had stage 4 lung cancer with a tumor in the lung. She doesn't want to do chemo. With chemo she is expected to live 2+ years. without it 6-12 months.

I am not sure how high or low her pain tolerance is. She has a lesion on her rib which is giving her alot of pain in her back. All she has done for now is taking hydrocodone for pain as well as a bowl medicine. She is 70.

She hates reading so I downloaded a bible app on her tablet that is both in English and Tagalog. It has both audio and reading. She has been listening to it. She is Catholic so I doubt she has ever heard much of the bible.

She lives with her oldest daughter outside Greenville SC at the moment but we are looking at sending her back to Manila to pass away. We just don't know about her pain level because medicine in PH is pricey whereas medicare pays for a majority of it.
