I was curious if anyone has ever read the First Book of Adam and Eve. If so what are you thoughts on it? I have been reading it and while I know it's not cannon scripture it is really interesting to see a take on what Adam and Eve might have gone through after they were kicked out of the garden.
The translation of it I'm reading had a character called "The Word" that when Adam and Eve despair or are in trouble comes and rescues them or encourages them sometimes literally back to life.
I want it to be clear I'm not taking every thing in this book literally or are holding it up next to scripture as 100% truth just thought it would be an interesting discussion.
