Hi beloved brothers and sisters,

My dear brother (blood brother) Lawrence Marran, was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer last year in June.

He has been fighting bravely and going for treatment etc but in the last few days he has taken a turn for the worse.
Apparently the cancer has grown and also spread to the lungs, the spleen and the spine.

Humanly speaking, he probably has only days to live.
He is 61 years old.

He resides in Madisonville, Kentucky and is in the St Vincent Hospital, Evansville, Indiana

Prayers for him and family would be appreciated, if you are able.
If anyone lives in the area of the hospital please pay him / them a visit and say I sent you.

It is really hard to be separated from him on another continent during a time like this.

God bless,

I'm praying William. My brother just survived lung, bone and brain cancer. He had part of his lung removed and had 3 tumors removed via brain surgery. I know it's hard to watch a sibling battle illness. God bless you.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

My dear brother passed into glory yesterday at about ten past one in the afternoon, Indiana time. So grateful that our mother could speak to him over the phone from South Africa, a mere two minutes before his departure.
We will continue to remember and celebrate a life well lived!

God bless all!

Even though we rejoice that he is with the Lord, I am so sorry for your heartache. My heart aches with you. So grateful as well that your mother was able to speak with him. May God comfort you and your family in the days ahead.

I know you know this but was reading in Psa 116 this morning....v 15 - "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints”......what a beautiful truth in the face of your sorrow.....
