Were there rainbows before the flood?

If there was mist and sunlight pre flood, there likely was at least a prismatic effect, like when you spray a hose in sunlight and see that prism. It is not the same as a rainbow, of course.

Rainbows are fascinating. I was driving to work one time and there was a very vivid rainbow right in front of my car. Of course it always stayed in front of me but I could see where it appeared to enter the woods adjacent to the road. It appeared to be only about 30 feet in front of me which was very strange.
