What are the recommended hotels for the conference?
All the hotels are around 8 to 9 miles - 15 minute drive.

What is the recommended airports to fly into?
Burbank Airdrop (BUR) is the closest to the venue with aprox 40 minute drive. Los Angelos Airport (LAX) is the second closest with about 1 hour drive to the venue: Westside Christian Fellowship, 9306 Leona Ave, Leona Valley, CA, 93551, USA
Will there be childcare at the simulcast event?
No. we will not be providing childcare programs but at the main live venue in Leona Valley, CA there will be an adjacent large comfortable room with a window to the sanctuary and speakers for attendees with children to hear the event. All are free to come and go from the main sanctuary with children. Each venue that hosts the simulcast will have different situations, so please contact the simulcast location you are attending for details.
Will there be meals or accommodations provided?
No. we will not be providing meals or accommodations as there is no registration cost and no offerings that will be associated with the event. All speakers are coming at their own cost. For the live location here are the short list of nearby restrants:

If I register do I have to come to the entire event?
This is a question we have received many times. You are free to register for the event even if you will only attend part of it. We understand that people’s schedules will work to only access part of the simulcast. We do recommend that as many people as possible try and find the time to attend the entire conference and enjoy the times of fellowship and prayer with new believers.
How can I host the simulcast event in my house church or Church?
You can host the simulcast event freely with no cost; you just need to get in touch with us by buying a "your location here" ticket above or by emailing us directly at: sermonindex@gmail.com. If you desire to become a simulcast location we ask that you commit to airing the entire event live as per the schedule in your time zone (these are posted above). Also, you will commit to answering questions from all attendees that plan to come live to your location. All you need technically to host is an internet connection and projector screen with a speed above 300-800kps download. If you are a house church we will want to ensure you have been gathering for over two years with eldership. Otherwise, any new house church can register for the Live Webcast and not be a location.
How can I partner with you for this event?
