I find it impossible to find a suitable church

For those who are born again of the Spirit, the chief cornerstone of the church has taken up residence within their being.

As those living stones abide in Him and live according to the Spirit, the church will be built, strengthened, edified, wherever they go. He is building his church one living stone at a time, whenever and wherever he pleases.

Your burden for the lost and love for the saints cannot be quenched, or contained. It will automatically flow outward as streams of living water, and be fruitful in your locale. There are undoubtedly people around you that are dry and thirsty for the living water and bread of life, even if they can’t articulate it that way.

Of course it will seem lonely at times, but as we recently read on another thread, the Lord is faithful and has his remnant all throughout this earth!

Keep praying and seeking His face dear brother Dom! You are in good hands, with our good shepherd!

Remember, His yoke is easy and his burden is light. It is not your responsibility to build anything on your own. Rest in Him and as you live, work, study and even breathe, he will bring into being that which pleases him, in accordance with how and why he made you. For his glory!

Where are you in Portugal? I know that the School of Christ International operates there, too. Check out www.socintl.org & see who runs it in that country. Perhaps he can recommend some pastors & churches already in place.

P.S. I just looked, & only saw Spain listed. You should contact the director about Portugal. I would be surprised if no meetings were ever conducted there. The School operates in over 150 different countries, & was founded by B. H. Clendennen.
