Hungry for the word of God

I have been going to church recently I do not want to say where but my heart wants for pastors or preachers just to open the word of God and just expound on scripture or go through a book of the Bible such as Numbers.

What breaks my heart as I used to work at the christian bookshop and I was so wanting to recommend books but all I was testing them against the word of God and 95% of the books failed.

I get annoyed at People trying to make things relevant it seems most preachers are lazy, there has been a breadth of study into the word of God throughout the centuries.

I sometimes struggle to know Gods love or that God loves me.

Brother, I say this with love but you allow yourself to get annoyed at way too many things and the enemy keeps you distracted so that you don't know if God loves you or you love Him.

Brother, I recommend just sitting on the floor with your Bible and just wait on God. In the quiet of your room.

If you live with others, put a sign on your door, Do Not Disturb!

If you have to work, go work and then return right back to your room, do not let anything come between you and your Father.

Do NOT read anything but the Bible and worship Him, sing to Him, enjoy being in His presence.

Do this for as long as it takes till you hear from your heavenly Father. He loves you Dominic, it may take two, three Or more days to get through all the clutter of your mind, did me!
