Kent Hovind and the Book of Jasher

Hey there. Just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone knows about this.While I have been very familiar with Kent Hovind and his Seminar for quite some time, I haven't really had a forum to ask this question. In the seminar, he recommends the book of Jasher that the OT references a couple times.I found it on the web and have it. I just wanted to know if anyone knew the history of it and how reliable the copy we have today is. Any help would be appreciated.RT

Yo RT,This book is part of a collection under the subtitle 'apocrypha', which you will find on http://www.delusionresistance.org. Dave Ruffino, who runs this site gave me the answer some years ago, but I have forgotten. He is a tremendous fan and introduced our family to Kent Hovind and Chuck Missler. Just a warning, I do recall that there is a dating problem that makes the authorship in question. Other than that they are as good a read as C.S. Lewis or Milton.In Jesus,Aeryck.:-P
