I believe I heard a pastor quoting something from Isaiah of God saying: Your joy is My reward" I looked up the concordance online but cannot find this. Can anyone enlighten me on this? It isnt so much where in the Bible this may be found but if at all God said that.

Thanks for trying to help find the right verse where the idea that OUR JOY IS HIS REWARD was the theme. I dont believe the verses you mentioned are the ones that were used. The words "OUR JOY IS HIS REWARD" may not be verbatim but I wonder if the idea is bible-based. I remember being so moved by the idea that Our Father considers our joy so highly, I like to believe that is true.
