What missionary organization ministries can you recommend for a 17 and 19 year old son/daughter? I'm praying for them and my wife and I believe in this for them either domestically or international.

The Gospel for Asia School of Discipleship is a powerful program, I personally have visited the campus's and have seen the culture of godliness, prayer, grace and missions emphasis.
It is a tremendous 1 year program for young people to gauge and stir their hearts for missions. Some of the graduates stay and work with Gospel for Asia, others go to other missions groups etc.
Summit might also be a good option (the one run by Times Square Church).
YWAM - Youth with a Mission
Any place really that takes them OUT of their element and they can work at helping someone worse off then them.
I did this with my son and it helped tremendously. He went with YWAM and it was minimal cost.

Pioneers is an EXCELLENT organization. They provide real guidance with a realistic timetable. https://www.pioneers.org
They will train, equip, and provide the skills necessary to be an effective missionary.
I joined up with these guys for a little while until the Lord called me into a region where they are not active. I would join back with them in a heartbeat if that is what the Lord willed.
