I moved into usa around 22102 VA Area and looking for a new testament based small church to worship in English along with family.
Any guidance/suggestions.

Sorry I don't know the answer . But I was recently in a city in England and asked at a Christian cafe and a Christian book shop about local churches. If it's any help they are great sources for knowing about many of the local churches and types of churches. Maybe you could phone one of them if there's one in your area.
But I hope someone on here has the answer for you.
