Col 4:5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time
England is in a state of lockdown
I have always thought that when a crisis happens like the house on the sand versus the house on the rock
It really shows what you are made of and sometimes we find out we are weak
During these unsettling times when we are locked down in the house we have ample time to spend in the word of God and in prayer
As with things like food and other things
Matt 10
28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. note
30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
We are more valuable than the sparrows
If we die we live with Jesus to be with him forever
Phi 1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
Rom 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
It is so uncertain times with whether we have the food or the money to get through the next few months
I guess the time of the lockdown is a perfect time for spending in prayer and in our bibles
