"For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him." (Matthew 6:8)
What commentary do we need? It says what it says.
A few things have come my way recently that I needed. Some in the financial realm and other areas. But I hadn't really prayed too much about them but had been thinking of them. And then these things manifest. The Lord I suppose had me covered all along. He might say, "Well, you didn't pray about them that much but I knew you needed them so there they are. I knew before you asked what you needed."
So, that really makes me want to pray about all things. Especially during these days of global upheaval. If He can do this when I am just thinking about my needs what can He do if we intensely seek Him in prayer with faith?
Who needs a commentary? The scripture plainly says what it says. Assurance. Assurance. Assurance.
