SIGH......

SIGH...... just thinking about it makes me frustrated and tired. We are entering into one of my two least favorite times of the year. EASTER. Not this coming Sun Day but the next IS EASTER SUNDAY. It IS a PAGAN HOLIDAY. It occurs each year on the first Sun Day after the first full moon after the 21st of March.

It never ceases to amaze me, how many "happy easter" greetings I get each year, from professed "christians" and "pastors" alike. As if "easter" were a "holy day". THERE IS NOTHING HOLY ABOUT EASTER. Quite the opposite is TRUE.

EASTER IS AN ABOMINATION and a STENCH before MY LORD and SAVIOR. HAYAH (I AM) HATES IDOLATRY.

Act_17:16 Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry.

Why do people who call themselves "christians" hold EASTER so dear to their heart? Because they enjoy it. Two times a year, the vast majority of so called "evangelicals" and CATHOLICS cling to holidays. Easter and Saturnalia (christmas as they call it.) Do you think that just because man says its ok, that YEHOVAH is good with it? I PROMISE YOU HE is NOT!

THERE IS NO CONNECTION between "Easter", and the day (3 days after passover) that the LORD resurrected. Read the BIBLE. Find any mention whatsoever of anyone going here, there, anywhere to celebrate "EASTER". It's not there.
The word "Easter" is only found one time, in the book of Acts.

Act 12:3 And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)
Act 12:4 And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

Please note: THE DAYS OF UNLEAVENED BREAD were in progress. When does passover occur each year? It is the day before the beginning of the feast of unleavened bread, a week long celebration of the purity of YEHOVAH's people in communion with HIM because the LAMB had been slain and the blood applied.

Passover occurs on the 14th day of the first month on the Hebrew Calendar. Therefore each year, it is celebrated on a different day of the week. YESHUA became the final PASSOVER LAMB. So there is no more yearly celebration. HIS blood applied is good for all time. Easter occurs on the same day of the week each year. The 1st Sun day, after the full moon. There is no cultural connection until you get to the counsel of Nice, where man kind married pagan idolatry and liturgical cycle of religion. Two religions now one. ACK!!!!!! And yet they continue to call it CHRISTIANITY! NOT!!!!!!!!

Herod did not want to upset the Jews by disturbing the feast of unleavened bread to bring Peter forth, since it pleased the Jews that Peter was apprehended. So the use of the term "easter" is very appropriate in vs 4 above. But there is no bond between the two. It is a marker separate from the Israeli Feast of Passover/unleavened bread.

So when you wish me a "happy easter", I realize that most of you do so in kindness, but also in ignorance. I'm asking you to consider what you are actually saying. You are saying you agree with the union of pagan idolatry and the celebration of the resurrection of my LORD as being one and the same. I DO NOT. I CANNOT. And I know my LORD finds it very offensive, if not down right disgusting.

No where in the Bible does it say my LORD resurrected on the 1st day of the week. It says on the first day of the week, when the Sabbath was concluded, the women went to the tomb and found it empty. So when did HE arise? At the end of the Sabbath, the night before. (sundown on what we call Saturn Day) or the 7th day.

See, when the Sabbath Day was moved from the 7th day to the 1st day, this opened the door to all manner of iniquity and idolatry. Church, pagan idolatry, and Roman empire, all joined together.

If you take a glass bottle, and you put about 1/3 water and 1/3 oil inside, and you shake it real good, then leave it alone for a few minutes, what happens? The oils SEPARATES from the water. You simply cannot mix or homogenize the two. And it is no different with pagan/civil idolatry, and true saving faith. The two will not mix, no matter how hard you try. And so it is in the kingdom of HAYAH. There is no room at all for idolatry. TRUE believers will separate themselves from idolatry and legalism (in any form, religious or civil), just as sure as oil and water will separate.

So please consider this. When a man who is honestly mistaken hears the TRUTH, he/she is either no longer mistaken, or they cease to be honest. Now you think about that.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME "EASTER GREETINGS". It is an INSULT to me. LORD have mercy on us all.......... L

What you say about Easter is true.

I see you use the terms YEHOVAH, HAYAH, AND YESHUA in place of the common words God and Jesus that most Christians use. You have used these same words before. Do you feel there is anything wrong with using the word God or Jesus instead of YEHOVAH or HAYAH or YESHUA? If so, why do you believe this?

I was raised as a Hindu and lived a ritualistic life. The lack of rituals is one of the things that made me like Christianity. Having once been a religious ritualistic person, I can easily sense when I do something as a ritual.

I do not celebrate Easter nor I have any problem with someone celebrating it. Things like Easter bunny, Christmas santa irritate me because I find nothing Christian in these. But the concept of people celebrating one day for the birth of Christ and 1 day for his Resurrection, is good. It opens up the conversation for me to share gospel to them. I was once invited for a neighborhood Christmas party that was attended by many Hindus. I was put on the spot to share a word, I shared how Jesus is different from Hindu Gods who came to earth as kings without any special power. But Jesus humbled himself to be born in a manger, lived a normal human life and was tempted like us in everything, etc.

I believe my stand is Biblical,
Romans 14:5 - One man regards a certain day above the others, while someone else considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.

If one man regards one day as special to celebrate the birth or resurrection of Jesus, then let him do it.

I personally believe all days of a Christian life should be celebration. In fact Paul asks us to celebrate Passover every day of our life, so Passover did not end after Jesus was crucified!

1 cor 5:7 -For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with the old bread, leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and of truth.

We are asked to celebrate everyday with unleavened bread, not just once in a year. So to a believer everyday is Easter! Happy Easter everyone!

I want to clarify here that I did not post it to annoy anyone who is already annoyed by the word Easter. My intention is to show a Biblical Easter which is to celebrate every single day with unleavened bread, which is to have a clear conscience towards God and man. If we understand this celebration then it is Easter everyday and happy Easter.

I am really thankful that we have these special times of celebration. To be able celebrate the death burial and resurrection of the Lord at Easter. And also to celebrate his birth and coming into the world at Christmas.

I believe a lot of non Christian people have probably come to know Christ because of these holidays. My mum went to a church to listen to a Gospel message at Christmas.

I would like to think the Lord loves the way that the non Christian wants to seek him at these times.

As a Hindu, I always had a tradition of going to Church on Christmas. They were Chatholic churches. Sad that No one there cared to share Gospel with me. I did not know that Christ came to die for my sins until I read the Bible, even though I have visited Churches more than 10 times before.

I was converted on a Sunday! The Holy Spirit spoke to me audibly in the back pew of my granny's church and I heard him on only two hours of sleep and through my hangover!! I will be converted 42 years on Easter!

Brother or Sister, I beseech you to consider you the Cross over a day of the week, we alienate people we should be loving by these strong opinions.

Not sure what kind of a person can take a wonderful day like Easter when we celebrate our risen Savior and turn it into a problem.
