Years ago I read a story on the web - was it SI? not sure - of a family that escaped Communist Ukraine, or Romania at night by loading up their wagon. The LORD gave the dad specific instructions on what to take, what animals to hitch to their wagon and what route to go. They traveled at night with no maps but only being led by the Holy Spirit. They went through Russia to China and eventually to Canada. The era of time - as I recall - would have been between the two world wars but could be wrong - could have been earlier.
Does this story/account sound familiar and would you know where I can find it?
