Why are people so evil?

Greetings to all! I have lost faith in people. I work in the police How can I restore faith in humanity if every day I face people who are hard to call people.

Good question - I think the same thing often.

I try to keep in mind that I don’t need to have faith in people- I just need to have faith in God.

Follow the golden rule, pray for those you come across daily and let God do His thing.

Once my mother was hospitalized and the doctor who treated her was very evil. He got offended with me because I asked how my mother was doing. He stopped visiting my mother in the hospital. He was also against us moving my mother to a different hospital. I was very disappointed at a doctor behaving this way. How he had no value for human life being a doctor.

The next day I was driving to church and on my way, I hit a man, but it was a very minor hit. His arms hit the car side mirror. I looked into my rear mirror, he was doing good. So I kept driving. But when I reached the CHurch I felt really bad for not stopping and checking with him. I just assumed he should be fine. Then the Lord reminded me that I too lack value for human life the way the Doctor was.

The point is, if we see how evil we are, we will not be disappointed at the evil in other people. Just like we need Christ to be saved, they too need Christ. Let our faith be in Him alone and not in any man.
