Public Apologies for Trump Re-election False Prophecies

D
docs Jan 9, 2021

(From Jeremiah Johnson)
Dear Saints and Leaders,

I have submitted this letter to senior, respected national leaders in the body who have now given their approval to publicly release it. I am also currently in relationship with local church elders where I reside, whom I greatly value and believe are essential for accountability in my life, marriage and ministry.

We have dialogued and prayed, and I continue to receive their instructions and corrections. I have learned some very hard and valuable lessons throughout this process, and I intend to be as transparent as possible in the following remarks. The prophetic ministry is simply one of the gifts that God has given His body, and we should always be actively seeking relationship and accountability, first at the local level and then nationally if that is where God's calling leads us.

My aim in this public apology is twofold. First, I would like to repent for inaccurately prophesying that Donald Trump would win a second term as the president of the United States. I refuse to blame the saints and say, "It didn't come to pass because they did not pray enough." Nor will I proclaim, "Donald Trump actually won, so I was right, but now it has been stolen from him." I believe the first statement seeks to alleviate the prophetic messenger from the responsibility of what he prophesied, and the second statement is filled with potential pride and an unwillingness to humble himself and admit he was wrong.

I want to go on record: "I was wrong, I am deeply sorry, and I ask for your forgiveness." I specifically want to apologize to any believer in whom I have now caused potential doubt concerning the voice of God and His ability to speak to His people. As a human being, I missed what God was saying; however, rest assured, God Himself is not a liar, and His written Word should always be the foundation and source of our lives as Christians.

Second, I would like to explain my prophetic process along the way so that anyone desiring to grow and learn from my mistakes might have the benefit of doing so””especially other prophets and prophetic people. As a public figure, I recognize my mistakes often have public consequences, and I want to be as transparent as possible.

For those who follow our ministry closely, you will especially understand just how detailed my prophetic journey has been with Donald Trump since 2015. I believe I was given an assignment to help the body of Christ prophetically discern the plans God had for Donald Trump. However, my mandate has and will always be focused on preparing the bride of Christ for the return of our bridegroom King Jesus Christ. I have intentionally recorded my encounters concerning Donald Trump publicly for accountability purposes over the last five years.

(From Loren Sanford)
I promised long ago that if I got it wrong regarding the outcome of the presidential election and my prophecy that Trump would be reelected, I would publish an open apology. Since then, I have waited for procedures and challenges to run their course.

Last night, the Congress counted the votes, and the election went to Biden. The president has apparently conceded, promising a smooth transition. So, now is the time.

I want to tell you how I got it wrong. This is a confession and an explanation, not an excuse or justification.

Let me begin with this. I don't believe in rubber prophecy, stretch-to-fit. I've spoken against that for a number of years. For example, many have already exhorted me not to apologize, insisting that Trump actually won and the election was stolen.

Regardless, the fact remains that Joe Biden is confirmed as the president-elect. I will not protest that I was right to make my words fit the situation and deny getting it wrong. No rubber prophecy.

Here's the next piece. Part of my own prophetic discipline, laid on me by the Lord, has been never to feed on the words of other prophetic voices. A phrase given to me by the Lord that has guided me has been to practice "zero-based prophecy."

The Lord told Jeremiah in Jeremiah 23:30 (NASB), "Therefore behold, I am against the prophets," declares the Lord, "who steal My words from each other." We sometimes hear what other prophets are saying, and it stirs us up emotionally. In that emotional stirring, we build a bit on what was said, adding to it in the rush of emotion, because the emotion carries us forward until the final product is no longer the word the Lord actually gave.

Until now, I have always sought the Lord on my own, gotten the word first from Him and then, and only then, have I compared it with what others were saying. So until recently, and specifically in this instance, I stood by that discipline from the Lord, and my track record has been accurate for decades.

My first confession is, therefore, that I departed from that discipline. I allowed myself to be caught up in a prevailing stream and to be carried along by it. In doing that, I actually compromised what the Lord had already told me years before.

The Lord told me in October of 2016, Trump's first campaign, that he would win that election but that he would not serve. I knew he would not serve the system, and he didn't. In the first week of December after that election, I saw in a vision the crisis that would strike in the fourth year. I warned that we needed to prepare, and now we remain mired in that crisis.

I warned from the beginning that his reelection was not a certainty if he didn't learn to temper his rhetoric and stop insulting his enemies. I called for prayer that the Lord would change the president's heart. I was roundly criticized by fellow Christians.

When I appeared on Sid Roth's It's Supernatural, taped in June 2018 and aired in September that year, I warned that the president's reelection was not a certainty, in spite of what other prophetic voices were saying, unless there was the kind of change of which I'd spoken.

I should have stood on that word of uncertainty. I didn't. I was wrong not to. Many who have a lot more fame and widespread credibility than I do were confidently prophesying a victory, and it fed into my own insecurity and need to belong or fit in. How could I be wrong when all those who have such wide credibility over mine were prophesying a certainty?

In 1 Kings 22, Micaiah came before the kings among 400 other prophets. The 400 prophesied a victory for the kings if they went to war against Aram. Micaiah stood alone to speak what was actually true. The kings didn't listen to him, went with the 400 and lost the battle. King Ahab was killed.

Until now I've always been the Micaiah in the crowd, standing against the prevailing stream, and I've been right over the years. In this case, I compromised that and allowed myself to be caught up in the prevailing stream. For this, I repent before the Lord, and I humbly ask the forgiveness of the body of Christ. I have learned a hard lesson I pray I will not forget in the days to come. I will be redoubling my quest for intimacy with the Lord and His word in the quiet place.

Another element of how I got it wrong: The tendency we have to hear what we want to hear. Strong desire and strong opinions play a huge role in distorting the words we believe we hear, if we allow that to happen.

I will not go into what I think of the Democratic Party because this is not the time. I will say, though, that strong desire and a strong negative opinion of the Democratic Party played a role.

The hard reality is that lots of us with sterling records of past accuracy got it wrong. I see this as a rebuke from the Lord for an imbalance the majority of us fell into, and I will take it to heart.

I am also refocusing the prophetic aspect of my own ministry to the core of prophetic ministry. The spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus, pure devotion to Him and the revelation of who He is.

Prediction is really a lesser thread in the wide sweep of Scripture. The core calling of the prophetic is to separate the precious from the vile””the holy from the unholy””and to ensure that the devotion of the people of God is pure and uncompromised. In fact, prediction is often conditional upon the people's response to prophetic calls for repentance and change.

One often-missed purpose of prophetic ministry is found in 1 Corinthians 14:24-25 (NASB 1995): "But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an ungifted man enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all; the secrets of his heart are disclosed; and so he will fall on his face and worship God, declaring that God is certainly among you."

There's the core of it. "convicted," "called to account." It seems like we too often miss or neglect those two significant words.

I apologize for allowing my own focus to be skewed. I ask forgiveness for allowing myself to be caught up in the stream of the 400 when God has called me to stand as a Micaiah. I apologize for allowing my own insecurity about belonging among other prophetic voices to carry me into error.

And finally, our obligation now as a whole body of Christ is to obediently pray for Joe Biden and his administration, whether or not we like the outcome, their agenda or their party.

And God bless you all.

The prophetic ministry is simply one of the gifts that God has given His body, and we should always be actively seeking relationship and accountability, first at the local level and then nationally if that is where God's calling leads us.

This is where the mistake is. Where is it specified in the New Covenant that we have a prophetic calling nationally? Instead, Apostles have clearly said that Prophets are given for the local Church.

1 Cor 12:28 - 28And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets...

Prophets and Prophesy still exist but in the context of His CHurch. The Church of Christ. The local Body of Believers.

As long as this guy has such a wrong understanding of Prophesy, he will be doing the same mistake and by doing so cause doubt in the minds of people about God's word. He is just putting stumbling blocks in the path of the people.

I believe it is human lust to be called the Prophet of a nation which God never intended anyone to become in New Covenant. Hence lead by such fleshly lust, they deceive themself and also their listeners.

Appreciate your apology, David Winter.

I have listened to Sid Roth's videos and noted how many prophets predicted Trumps win in this recent election. I, too, wanted Trump to win but also knew that this election would reveal who the true and false prophets are. But we also prayed that God would show himself mighty and that his will be done. Who knows - perhaps his will is that the false prophets be exposed?

(Also recall that when Sarah Palin was running for the vice-presidency years ago one "prophet" predicted they would win. Did not happen.)

God bless you, David for being transparent and brave enough to apologize.

Well, the truth be told, I have never prophesied outright to anyone that President Trump would be elected again. I hoped he would and felt he would but never wrapped my hopes in a "thus saith the Lord." The phrase public apologies I used in the title of my post was just to make note of the fact that certain prophets are issuing public apologies for what they believe now to be false prophecies they issued. I have never really bought fully into or followed what I suppose is known as the modern day prophetic movement. I've always thought somehow and in some way that the true definition and ministry of a prophet was being missed to some degree by this "movement" or whatever name it has been going by. There just seems to be too many prophets everywhere and it's grown to be kind of like being in a prophetic candy store. So a man or woman has a word of prophecy or a word of discernment or wisdom. Do they then have the OFFICE OF PROPHET as listed for example in Ephesians 4:11?

Like Art Katz used to say, we didn't get here overnight. This time of acknowledging of now apparently false prophecies was preceded by a long period of lowering of true prophetic standards and a lot of presumption and desiring to be in the lime light. These are my opinions and may not be yours and that is okay. I attended a Trump rally here in this small town and it was magnificent. I thought there was no way he wasn't going back in but here we are. I had a few misgivings toward the end of his re-election campaign that he was doing some things wrong. His behavior at the first debate with Biden was horrible and an embarassment. Plus other pride in his heart he displayed in some of his attitudes. But whatever, we need grace and forebearance toward all in the true body of Christ right now. God is well able to fix things and prevail. Wrinkles and creases in the body of Christ are being ironed out right now. It's painful many times.

Hi Docs
I appreciate this is your personal view and thats your view and false prophesy is like bursting a balloon ,a total downer but it exists but we are no different today than in Moses or Elijah's time ..the body had false prophets.

Firstly This is not over....This is like Moses Apologizing before we get a chance to see if the Sea will be parted.
We only get into Red Sea Territory when all else fails and the situation is completely hopeless.

And then these points
1 .Many SI members have persecution attitude which clouds anything or anybody who gets in the way of their beloved doctrine including Donald Trump
2 When the people of Israel had false prophets they did not kill all the prophets good and bad just because they heard falsehood they judged the bad only and did not throw the baby out with the bathwater.
3
Paul says that Prophesy is for exhortation ,Consolation and Edification .Without Prophesy we cant have these in action they way Paul described
4
I will pour out my Spirit in the last days ,dream dreams, visions and prophesy etc .Last time I checked we are in the last days.
5
The choice for Christians was to support a Person who was Anti Abortion(surpreme court judges)Pro Israel (Capitol to Jerusalem" or Support a person who was for Abortion,For Israel's enemies and many Christians voted for the Abortionist supporter because of nonsense such as "he acted arrogantly" or "his bad attitudes" nambe pambe arguements.
Some of these people are so deluded they would rather see babies die than have Trump in office. These people would be the very ones complaining about Elijah's directness or John the Baptist's fiery attitude or Jesus acting the disgraceful way he did in the temple with the money changers. How dare he ,Im going to support Herod instead. Our high level senseabilities would never allow us support a person like that.
6
Any Prophet who makes an Apology should have their apology accepted but they should not minister publicaly again even if/when this changes around.
7
Its clear to me 100% that Donald Trump is Gods man to be a buffer for the Church which he is.He was not a Christian but neither was Cyrus a believer but God used him.Cyrus no doubt had faults as a man and no doubt people didnt like the way "he sipped water out of a bottle"
8 The " Two Witnesses" everyone forgets are New Testament Prophets not old and they will not suffer fools gladly and will not bow down to political correctness. They will also foretell the FUTURE of a political leader called the Anti Christ .They tell the world who he is ,what he is going to do,when it is going to happen and what his judgement will be.
9
Alot of people are saying that people who predicted Trump to win are not real Christians .The ones I heard totally sold out to the Lord and love the Church as much as of the wonderful Christians ive had the pleasure of posting with on SI over the years, which is a great pleasure.
10
Look at the track record of CNN,Msnbc etc for the last four years and for the last year they have been heavily involved in censorship. Why do you believe a word they say,They are also false prophets on a national scale. What we are saying here is they lied completely for four years but we will forget their track record and believe them about the election anyway.

I voted for Trump in 2016 and in 2020.

I've never advocated doing away with prophecy and I don't even watch MSNBC, CNN or those other networks. You assume a lot I think. I NEVER watch them. Those who sincerely repent publically, a great feat of humility to begin with, should be shown mercy and not rejection. There are many voices in the world but the voice of the Lord gives peace. His voice is what I desire now.

Staff,

Why associate me with people who believe Trump will win with the belief that they are people who don't love Jesus? I've not even come close to saying such a thing! From past experience and now, good bro you might need to work a bit on the way you frame some of your comments and posts toward others.

All I did was post a couple of public apologies from men known as prophets who now believe now they got things wrong. Nothing more, nothing less.

Hi Docs,
Not you ,you are not saying that but some people are saying that New Testament Prophets that prophesy falsely are not Christians or dont have a relationship or love the lord. This is not true .Also its too early to tell ,we have to wait for God's move .Dont we?
I think some of these people who call themselves Prophets are a worry as even John The Baptist didnt call himself a Prophet. So the fact that they call themselves by their gifting is a redish flag for me.
If these people believe they got it wrong then were just making it up and an apology can be accepted but its not enough even in the age of grace. It is a little difficult to even believe their apology is genuine to be honest.
New testament false Prophets differ from old testament false prophets.

I am saying that their has to be consequences if these people you are talking about prophesy or pretend to prophesy something and then make an apology and then them getting back to normal is not enough .Dont you think? Its a little difficult to believe these people's apology for me anyway ,maybe for you its different, urs staff

If a so called prophet got it wrong it isn't enough to apologize. That person must take themselves out of the ministry and place themselves under a pastor because the office they claim to have operated in this prostituted it. They need to humble themselves.

Doreen Virtue. She used to be in the New Age. She did a lot of things but found out she was teaching false things. She repented and as a result she sought to stop the sale of all of her writings. She also moved from an affluent lifestyle to one that is a moderate one. She did this all because she believed the Gospel and realized she was telling people things which were not true.............those who operate as prophets of God, and who are not, need to follow in those foosteps because if the damage they have done in the body of Christ.

docs: I admit I've never followed these type of ministers nor paid much attention to their words and forecasts. There are just so many of them these days! These are just comments and articles from them I have run across I the past few days as I have considered my own disappointment that President Trump is scheduled to be inaugurated again. In posting this, I don't say I agree with every word written here nor am I expecting anyone else too. So, I'm not pushing it on anyone as something they must believe. If things change at this last moment, I will be glad. I'm not at all looking forward to a Biden administration but things are what they are at this point. We need the Lord's true and authentic voice at this point but I realize you all know that. Blessings.

My Public Apology and Process

Dear Saints and Leaders,

I have submitted this letter to senior, respected national leaders in the Body who have now given their approval to publicly release it. I am also currently in relationship with local church elders where I reside who I greatly value and believe are essential for accountability in my life, marriage, and ministry. We have dialogued, prayed, and I continue to receive their instructions and corrections. I have learned some very hard and valuable lessons throughout this process and I intend to be as transparent as possible in the following remarks. The prophetic ministry is simply one of the gifts that God has given His body and we should always be actively seeking relationship and accountability, first at the local level and then nationally if that is where God’s calling leads us.

My aim in this public apology is twofold. First, I would like to repent for inaccurately prophesying that Donald Trump would win a second term as the President of the United States. I refuse to blame the saints and say, "It didn’t come to pass because they did not pray enough.” Nor will I proclaim, "Donald Trump actually won, so I was right, but now it has been stolen from him.” I believe the first statement seeks to alleviate the prophetic messenger from the responsibility of what he prophesied, and the second statement is filled with potential pride and an unwillingness to humble himself and admit he was wrong.

I want to go on record: "I was wrong, I am deeply sorry, and I ask for your forgiveness.” I specifically want to apologize to any believer in whom I have now caused potential doubt concerning the voice of God and His ability to speak to His people. As a human being, I missed what God was saying; however, rest assured, God Himself is NOT a liar and His written Word should always be the foundation and source of our lives as Christians.

Below is a brief and condensed timeline of my prophetic process which I felt was most important to share.

Please read carefully.

The Summer of 2015

In the summer of 2015, I received an encounter in our church sanctuary in Florida where the Holy Spirit revealed to me that Donald Trump was a Cyrus and was anointed by God heading into the 2016 election. The exact prophetic word I received was originally published in Charisma Magazine and was distributed around the world through various sources with millions of views and shares. At the time, I had no previous knowledge of Donald Trump whatsoever or any interest in politics. Here was the prophetic word from June 2015:

"Trump shall become My trumpet to the American people, for he possesses qualities that are even hard to find in My people these days. Trump does not fear man nor will he allow deception and lies to go unnoticed. I am going to use him to expose darkness and perversion in America like never before, but you must understand that he is like a bull in a china shop. Many will want to throw him away because he will disturb their sense of peace and tranquility, but you must listen through the bantering to discover the truth that I will speak through him. I will use the wealth that I have given him to expose and launch investigations searching for the truth. Just as I raised up Cyrus to fulfill My purposes and plans, so have I raised up Trump to fulfill my purposes and plans prior to the 2016 election. You must listen to the trumpet very closely for he will sound the alarm and many will be blessed because of his compassion and mercy. Though many see the outward pride and arrogance, I have given him the tender heart of a father that wants to lend a helping hand to the poor and the needy, to the foreigner and the stranger.”

January of 2018

***This entire section below is copied and pasted directly from chapter 4 of my book, "Trump, 2019, and Beyond)

"In early January of 2018, two years into Trump’s presidency, I was on a fast and received an open vision of Donald Trump’s right hand that began to turn into an IRON FIST. God spoke to me and said, "Trump’s grip is going to tighten while the liberal agenda loses its grip.” I saw the liberal agenda in America gasping for breath as the Trump agenda (the iron fist) squeezes and suffocates its opponents. I saw desperation, wild accusation, and startling trepidation descend upon Washington. Then I began to see something that both surprised me and caused me to pause. The iron fist of Donald Trump was too much for the American people to bear. The pressure and strength of his grip while at first was reassuring, in the end, it brought great unnecessary destruction.

"I felt an alarm go off deep within my spirit. God said, "I have raised Donald Trump up for four years as a battering ram and trumpet in this nation, but without a serious sanctification and softening of his heart and words, there will be great trouble and danger that will mark his run for a second term. Even those who were once for him, will see the error of his ways and begin to cry out for his soul. Do not be deceived by the wealth and change that Donald has and will bring to America, for I am after far more than the gifts I have irrevocably given him, I must have his heart so that I can order His steps.

"The following night after receiving this word, I had a prophetic dream where I saw Donald Trump crawling around on the White House lawn eating grass and acting like an animal. Immediately I cried out to the Lord in the dream and said, ‘God, shall Donald Trump become like Nebuchadnezzar? Shall he become so consumed with his success that he begins to credit his accomplishments to his own strength and power? Will you remove sovereignty from his life?’ "God spoke to me and said, ‘Donald Trump is in great danger of becoming like Nebuchadnezzar in the years ahead. He will have great success, but the Church must pray for humility and the Daniel Company to arise. Just like Nebuchadnezzar, if Donald breaks away from his sins by doing righteously and showing mercy to the poor, I will prolong his prosperity.’ (Dan 4:27).

"I woke up from the prophetic dream with a tremendous burden upon my heart. To be honest, I could not believe what I just received. Could Donald Trump have been raised up by God Himself like a Cyrus and bring necessary change to America, but through his own pride, arrogance, and forsaking of the poor end as a type of Nebuchadnezzar? The answer is: ABSOLUTELY. The truth is that Donald Trump desperately needs our prayers more than many care to realize. The truth is that many in the Church are guilty of idolizing and worshipping Donald Trump as the savior of America. "While I do believe that Donald Trump could win a second term, I also sense strongly that there is potential great danger and trouble ahead for America if he is re-elected.”

Commentary: This prophetic dream from 2018 that I received and published was obviously a warning dream with very clear directives and insights. Upon its release in 2018, it was also primarily rejected by a majority of those who rejoiced at the original prophetic word I received in 2015.

January of 2019

***This entire section is copied and pasted directed from chapter 7 of my book, "Trump and the Future of America”

"As a nightly dreamer since the days of my youth, I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a nightmare. That all changed last night as I woke up in my bed unable to breath, my heart racing out of control, and my entire body numb and shaking. It was a terrifying experience to say the least. In the dream, I was on a ship with Donald Trump in a swamp that was totally infested with alligators. Many of them were larger than life. However, these were not merely just alligators, they revealed themselves to me as "mercenary alligators.” In other words, they were trained to sink our ship and had no other agenda but doing so. Risking their life was not a problem for them. They had been commissioned to sink the ship and kill us.

As our ship sailed deeper into the swamp, Donald Trump was laughing with his "Make America Great Again” hat on as he steered. He continued to laugh as he would purposely plow into as many alligators as he could. "I’m going to drain the swamp!” he would yell to me on the ship.

Suddenly, I began to realize that the more Donald tried to drain the swamp, the more the swamp was going to drain him. Larger and larger alligators began to swim up and take large chunks out of our ship. We began to take on water and I knew then that our death was imminent. Donald seemed to be totally oblivious to the great danger we were in.

I pleaded with him to stop intentionally and purposely drain the swamp but it was too late. We were swallowed up into this totally demonic mercenary alligator abyss. It was a gigantic black hole. I could literally hear hoards of demons laughing and cheering. What I felt and experienced as Donald and I died together is something I will never forget. I immediately woke up in my bed suffocating, numb, and my heart racing out of my chest. As I began to pray to get free, this is what the Lord spoke to me and said,

"Jeremiah, My people do not recognize the demonic warfare from hell that is being unleashed upon the United States and Donald Trump. Even as a wall is being built, why are My people refusing to build a wall of intercession and prayer around their President and around their nation? Yes, the borders are unsecured but they are far more unsecured in the Spirit realm than you could ever imagine. How is it that a man would see the necessity of building a wall to protect a country but My people cannot even recognize their desperate need to build a wall of intercession and prayer around their own lives and churches?

How the American Church continues to sleep and slumber in these days of history has come before My throne and it has greatly grieved My heart! I warn you Jeremiah, that as Donald tries to drain the Swamp, the Swamp is going to drain him. His heart will become hardened, his resolve will become dangerous, and the attacks upon his life and presidency will only get bigger and bigger. This will be a result in large part due to a prayerless Church in America that has refused to pray for their President and that has ignored the demonic agendas in Washington. If My people do not begin to gather and call upon My name, great danger will come upon the shores of the United States of America, says God.

Commentary: I believe this was once again, a very clear prophetic warning dream that imminent danger was ahead for Donald Trump if he continued down the path he was going. Dire prayer and intercession was called for in January of 2019 concerning the attacks that were coming.

December of 2019

***This entire section is copied and pasted directly from chapter 9 of my book, "Trump and the Future of America”

"In December of 2019, I was seeking the Lord concerning the 2020 elections. I was given a prophetic dream that allows me to answer the above question in part. In the dream, Donald Trump was running the Boston Marathon. The crowds gathered along the path of the race were not there to support him but to mock and jeer at him. Many spat at him, and without security present, I am convinced they would have physically harmed him. As the President drew within one hundred yards of the finish line, he stumbled and fell. Completely exhausted and having heart issues, he could not get up from the ground.

"The crowd went wild; their applause was ear-piercing. I watched with mounting sorrow and despair, but suddenly hope filled my heart. Out of the crowd, two older women, one with a cane and one with a walker, somehow slipped through security and came to the President’s aid. From a physical standpoint, I thought to myself in the dream, ‘How could these two old ladies with their cane and walker even pick up an exhausted Donald Trump, let alone take him to the finish line?’

"In the natural, it was impossible. But as I looked closely, something like a rushing wind fell upon these two old women and they supernaturally picked the President off the ground and helped him across the finish line. Mike Pence, Franklin Graham, Donald Trump Jr., and his family were there to comfort him. He had finished the race, but he could not have done so without the supernatural intervention of two old women.

"I believe Donald Trump will win the 2020 election, but he cannot do it without supernatural intervention. The two old women represented the role of the praying Church in 2020. Without their activism and aid, I am deeply afraid the attacks and warfare launched from the liberal base will prove too much for him to overcome.

"For Donald Trump to win the 2020 election, the Baby Boomers must arise in America and take a stand. The future of America belongs to this generation in this season. I see many Baby Boomers who are currently in full time ministry shifting out of their roles to get heavily involved in politics in 2020. Many pastors will feel a tremendous burden from God to mobilize their congregations with days of prayer and fasting for Trump and the future of America.

"Expect attacks against President Trump to arise in Boston (representing the liberal media and agenda) with greater ferocity than ever before. If they cannot impeach him, they will attempt assassination. I, for one, pray that our President’s fate will not reflect the fate of Abraham Lincoln.

"If the Baby Boomers and intercessors do not rise and become prophetic activists, I do not believe President Trump will make it to the finish line. The attacks and warfare waged against him will be too much, affecting even his physical body.”

Commentary: I again believe that this was a warning dream with very clear directives and prophetic insights. A 2020 Trump victory was NOT guaranteed or promised from God in December 2019. In fact, the dream strongly indicates that prayer and the baby boomer generation voting for LIFE was absolutely necessary for Donald Trump to make it to the finish line.

October of 2020

In October of 2020, I received a prophetic dream where I believed I saw three very significant events that would occur in America with specific meanings. The first thing I saw was that Amy Coney Barrett would be seated as a Supreme Court Justice BEFORE the elections. This would confirm a new Esther and Deborah Era in America where righteous mothers will rise to confront the radical feminist movement that is married to Moloch, the god of abortion. I saw one million women gathered on the National Mall in the future crying out for the ending of abortion. The second event that I saw was the L.A. Dodgers winning the World Series. This would confirm that God is not done with Los Angeles or the whole state of California. The third event I saw was that Donald J. Trump would be re-elected and would confirm that the spirit and power of Elijah is resting upon the Church.

Once Justice Barrett was confirmed BEFORE the election on October 26th and the Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series on October 28th, I became convinced that Donald J. Trump would win re-election and began to prophesy that without conditions. These three dreams were published in Charisma Magazine and shared around the world.

Connecting the Five Dates

From January 2015 until October of 2020, I clearly documented in two books all the prophetic dreams God had given me concerning Donald J. Trump. In 2015, I prophesied he was a trumpet, anointed as a Cyrus, and had a specific assignment to the American Church. In 2018, I warned that because of his pride and arrogance, there was great danger in his becoming a Nebuchadnezzar. In 2019, I saw the Swamp was going to drown Donald Trump without serious intervention and prayer. I also had a dream in 2019 where I saw Donald Trump falling before the finish line of the Boston Marathon and unable to get to his feet without the divine intervention and prayers of the saints. I believe all four of these major encounters were accurate and I was on track with what God was saying to our nation. In fact, God gave me clear prophetic warnings throughout his first term that a second term was conditional upon prayer and repentance from the Church.

However, in October of 2020, I believe that I misinterpreted the prophetic dream I had concerning the three events that would happen. The first two parts of the dream obviously came to pass. The LA Dodgers won the World Series and Amy Coney Barrett was installed as a Supreme Court Justice prior to the 2020 elections. Donald J. Trump being re-elected DID NOT happen and I have to own that and repent.

Perhaps, the greatest question for the reader now is, WHY? Why was Donald Trump not re-elected President of the United States. As previously stated, I refuse to blame the saints for their lack of prayers partnering with the prophets. In fact, I believe there has been more prayer and fasting going on in America and parts of the world for this election than ever before. No saint or leader should grow discouraged or think God did not hear their prayers for Donald Trump to be re-elected. I have absolute confidence that God in fact did hear our prayers. I also mentioned that I refuse to declare that Donald Trump actually won the election and that my prophecy was actually right, but the election was rigged. This stance affords me the opportunity to blame an election outcome on others rather than humbling myself and admitting I was wrong.

After much prayer and consideration, this is what I believe has happened.

God Himself anointed Donald Trump in 2016 and then removed him from office in 2020 because of his own pride and arrogance. Joe Biden’s becoming the 46th President of the United States is meant to humble not only Donald Trump but all those who worshipped him more than they kept their focus on Jesus Christ. For the record, if I myself inadvertently persuaded anyone to do this by sharing my prophetic dreams and interpretations with the world, I repent and ask for your forgiveness. I have stated all along, "Political figures can never solve spiritual issues.” Regardless of who sits in the oval office, we have a sin problem in America that the One who sits above the circle of the earth is calling us to give an account for.

I want to be clear: I do not blame God’s people for insufficient prayer that resulted in Donald Trump’s losing the election, nor do I blame any kind of election fraud. I am simply convinced God Himself removed him and there was nothing that any human being could have done about it. I prophesied inaccurately that he would be re-elected because of the dream I had in October 2020. Perhaps the first two parts were born of the Spirit and the third part was of the flesh””a soulish desire of mine that was not from God.

I want to go on record and state that while I do repent for inaccurately prophesying Donald Trump's re-election, I will never repent for being pro-life, pro-religious liberty, pro-Israel, and pro-traditional marriage. These are not partisan issues; these are biblical issues. Yes, I believe the Church would be much better off concerning these issues under another four years of Donald Trump -- if he had repented of his pride and the church had not put him on a pedestal -- but this is not what happened, and I accept it as the will of God. We can kick and scream, or we can humble ourselves and get prostrate in prayer like never before.

As difficult as it will be for millions of Christians in America to accept, I invite you now to consider that God Himself removed Donald Trump from office. May I offer three "do nots” as we move into 2021?

1. Do not be discouraged! God heard our prayers but He has chosen to act in His timeline and in His best interest.

2. Do not waste the next four years blaming and engaging in endless debates online about a stolen election. It will only cause more strife, division, and works of the flesh in the body of Christ.

3. Do not reject prophetic ministry because of the failure of many prominent prophetic voices. They missed it and need to repent, but their failures should only cause you to hunger to know the voice of God for yourself like never before.

A humbling has come and is coming to the American Church like never before. How we choose to respond to this correction and judgment from the Lord will determine many outcomes in the years ahead. I encourage the remnant to continue to stand for righteousness and truth in America. We must focus our efforts on preaching the gospel and making disciples like never before. Remember the words of Jesus, "Let the wheat and tares grow up together until the time of harvest…” I, for one, am choosing today to dedicate 2021 and beyond to the testimony of Jesus Christ. We must prepare for global shaking and a glorious Bride emerging in the earth. We must gain and proclaim a greater focus on His second coming and preparing for a tremendous harvest of souls in the years ahead. A prayer movement like we have never seen is on the horizon. God is calling His people to the frontlines of the battle. It’s going to get a lot darker, but then again, the light is only going to shine brighter and brighter. May humility and repentance be our resolve in the days ahead.

Grace and Peace,

Jeremiah Johnson

Hi Deadn,
I agree with you because the Prophet is saying "I heard from God " which is saying God clearly communicated with me which obviously he did not.urs staff

"If a so called prophet got it wrong it isn't enough to apologize."

You see it! Yes.

Often it is in the minds of these people that they just need to repent but it should not end there. They need to step down from their false office and get out of ministry and under a pastor.

Question;

Remember how the prophet JTB responded when Jesus didn’t come as he had imagined (to physically deliver from Roman occupation) ?
Did he not question the validity of his own prophecies, asking for Jesus to confirm?
Was he (JTB) not filled with the Spirit ?

How do you imagine the disciples and followers of Jesus felt after believing He was the deliverer and yet had succumb to the power of Jewish/Roman coalition whereby He was unfairly treated and ultimately murdered ...
don’t you image their faith was tested?

We would all do well to get alone with the Father just as Jesus did so often,... being refreshed by the source Himself 🙏🏻
Remembering that we don’t get the resurrected Christ without the death of Jesus on the cross -

Let us pray for one another and strive to enter into HIS rest :)

Hi JFW,
John The Baptist became confused for this reason.
John Prophesied both about the first and second comings ,one the suffering servant and the other the Judge and when the Judgement didn come he got confused.
The difference with these guys apologizing is that John The Baptist when he became unsure went back to the Lord to get Confirmation.
These people who apologized did not ,they should have gone back to the Lord if they were genuine .
John The Baptist did not apologize but double checked his accuracy,

" Confirmation.

John The Baptist did not apologize but double checked his accuracy,”

yes dear brother we agree, which was the point of my "rhetorical question” posed to the group- we all (born again) have the ability to hear from the Lord, for we have the mind of Christ yet we sometimes forget to "go before the throne of grace that we might obtain mercy so that we can receive grace in our time of need”

Brother your faith has been consistent and unwavering so far in spite of all the "bad reports” , my it serve as a lamp unto the feet and a light unto the path 🙏🏻
