I'm Very Sick, Request Prayer

I have had to go to the emergency room four times in the past six months, first for cellulitis, which I had to undergo two rounds of antibiotics for (the first round was unsuccessful, and the second round was partially intravenous).

Now I have a cold that seems like it won't go away, I've had it for months. I feel weak and feverish at times, it is hard to breathe, my throat itches and is sore, I have sneezing fits (sometimes 20 or 30 in a row), and my nose won't stop running. This is interfering with my work as I have had to take sick leave multiple times.

I have been vaccinated, and I am not sure if the vaccine caused this or just didn't protect me from Covid (if that is what this is).

If you feel led, could you all please lift me up in prayer.

No matter what happens, I want to glorify God through this, even if I stay sick.

(Please no arguing about Covid or vaccines; I don't want an already fractured and divided church to be damaged more).

(Edit) I'm adding this brother. I don't know if you can fast or not being as sick as you are but our church is doing a 21 fast this month. I wanted to bring this verse to your attention (because they brought it to mine!!!)

"Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to break the chains of wickedness, to untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free, and to break every yoke?
verse 8 Then your light will appear like the dawn, and your healing will come quickly!!

Thank you all for praying for me.

I saw a doctor 2 days ago, and she said it could be long Covid (but this is not conclusive).

Over the last couple of days during prayer I had a distinct sense that God is allowing me to be sick, allowing me to suffer, to purify me and draw me closer to Him. I had a cry in my heart for years, and I prayed "Lord, even if You have to strip everything away from me, my job, my health, my possessions, everything I have, please, whatever it takes, draw me closer to You and use my life for You glory. Everything I have is Yours."

Would I like to be healed? Of course. I don't like being sick. I believe He will heal me, in time. But until He does, I want to present my body "a living sacrifice" (Romans 12:1).

We don't hear this very often anymore.
Most people just want their best life now or all the gifts but no brokenness.

I just wanted to thank everyone for praying for my recovery. The fact that you all care means a lot to me.

I am getting better, almost at 100% now! Praise God! I can breathe properly, my sinuses are fine and my energy is coming back (although I'll have to hit the weights; sitting around does not tend to get you into shape!).
