Well, for the past almost week I was having problems on SI. I had no problem getting to the site's main page but whenever I clicked on any discussion forum thread, I got an error, a 520 error specifically. 520 means unknown error which I know is probably the most unhelpful error message you can get. Anyway, this went of for a week and so, on a lark I decided to try using Firefox and voila, no problems at all. Then I tried Chrome and again, no problem. So apparently the problem is with using Microsoft Edge. I know a little about web servers. When a client starts a session with a web server, the server query's the client's browser and OS so it can serve up the correct version of the site to them. So apparently, there is a problem with how the server is responding to Edge clients. I'd be curious to know if other Edge users have this problem too. Again, the problem is not with getting to the main page but with clicking on any of the discussion threads.

Error 520 occurs when the origin server returns an empty, unknown, or unexpected response to Cloudflare. A quick workaround while further investigating 520 errors is to either make the record DNS-only in the Cloudflare DNS app or temporarily pause Cloudflare.
