How many people listen to the bible to get to sleep

I am interested in how many people listen to the bible to get to sleep and what version do they listen to and what Christian music do you listen to

I listen to the word of promise bible and I listen to Keith and Kristen Getty and city allight

I usually go to bed around 9pm on a work night and when that happens I put on Bible broadcasting network and listen to conference pulpit. If it is 11pm I listen to unshackled

My wife and I often do. We tend to play (via a phone or through a speaker) the chapters that we read during our morning readings together. Sometimes, we play various Bible teachings or commentary on those chapters prior to this (from J. Vernon McGee, Skip Heitzig, Chuck Smith, John MacArthur, etc.) before hearing the passages recited again through a Bible reading app.
