Learning biblical Greek and Hebrew in self study

The best way to gain knowledge of scripture is self study under surrender and guidance of the Holy Spirit and obedience to his prompting.

Many preachers and pastors agree that knowledge of biblical Greek and Hebrew helps to get a deeper understanding of scripture. I wonder if anyone could recommend some good resources for self study.

A few years back I went through Bill Mounce course "Basics of biblical Greek" and I found it very suitable for self study with free online lessons to go along with.

Can anyone recommend a good course for self study of biblical Hebrew?
