Prayer feeling bad lately

Hey guys, can you keep me in your prayers I’ve been experiencing like a spirit of just being completely out of it lately physically mentally spiritually. I was kind of been overwhelmed with work and life and even church life I think I burnt myself out a lot.Also been letting a spirit of rejection get to me and just can’t really explain what I’m going through right now so if you could keep me in your prayers and protection for me and my wife Allyce
