For sure she can…….
Annie Poonen response is tremendous, "Am I doing fashionable dresses to please Jesus?" or are there other motives. Is Jesus proud of you sister how you dress? Is there modesty in your dress?
She also says the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, what kind of way would God want us to dress as its his "holy" temple. "the body should not be exposed to tempt men."
Just say no, we do not pursue such things as christians Such a liberal inclination can lead to a lot of grave licentious acts and thinking.
Christians should keep themselves blameless or above reproach. Such will make your heart callous and far fron God. Been there, I have to forsake them after learning the hard way.
Bro. Poonen makes a sobering statement: would Jesus be proud of you if he is escorting you to the marketplace telling people you are his sister?
Good point- really it is loaded.

Modesty is not just dress. Modest dress is the result of modesty in the heart. Modesty is to be unassuming and moderate. It is Philippians, no man thinking more of himself than he ought to think. It is lack of self focus and lack of behavior that seeks to make self stand out. I have known of many people modest in dress but immodest in heart. Others who were modest in heart and whose dress eventually changed to become what the heart already had become.
Well if you, by the modeling dress, intends to temp men to sexually lust after you (yes it works), then you cannot be a Christian to start with. On the other hand, if you simply do not know the sexual bearing modeling dresses and similar sensual clothing can have on men, then please do be advised that it certainly has the ability to occasion sinful sexual lust (even amongst your brothers in Christ). Knowingly doing which would mean that you would deserve a milestone on the neck, and to be tossed into an ocean afterwards - according to Christ. As for styling hair, 1 Timothy 2:9, appears to condemn the practice. Cleanly hanging down hair proves to work just fine - all the while being a worthy covering for the head).
