The Holy Spirit is not a game. He is to be reverenced by all peoples and nations. As I was sitting in a bible college years ago, students would be sleeping on the couch. many were cramming for their tests at the end of term. That was while I was spending my spare time after work doing intense bible studies. Also seeking opportunities to share Jesus even asked to give a Christian concert. They weren't interested. I would go in the parking lot to my car and play worship songs by myself. What I want to say is through this observation, people live like they please and then something serious happens to wake them up. They cry crocodile tears and say God forgive me and all is okay.
preparing for Jesus to return takes time and we must get the world out of us. Pray for revival and it happens, but what about prayer with faith for all kinds of things and see God answer. We must be transformed daily into the image of Jesus. Rom. 12:1-3. While watching some youth videos including worship leaders. Not looking at a image of Jesus in a person but their outer appearing with torn clothing on.
I know you may be poor. beware of the love, love, love statements. it could end up with doctrine is not important just love everyone. Doctrine is given by God just get it right, then you will love his word also. Jesus is not some club you join-- he is the only way, truth, life.
Remember repenting or any other fellowship with God is sacred. the prayer closet is still the best place. Instead of being on the knees where people can see you----let them see Jesus living a Holy life through you.
