Another revival is on the way.

This is the one that will be the last. The name of it will be Gideon's army. God has a people who go all the way with him. They hear his voice. They are crucifying the flesh and believiing the whole word of God . They are non- denominational in that they follow no traditions only Jesus by the infilling of the Holy Spirit. They are being perfected and walking in his fulness. See Eph. 4:11. They are baptised in Jesus name and speakin tongues. They will do Jesus greater works Jn. 14:12. They are removing all worldly props, and walking in total faith and trust in God and his word. They believe by commitment to all truth. They are obedient to the word and are anti idolatry. They are the bride of Christ. They are his body. They overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of the testimony. Rev.12. They fight the good fight of faith to lay hold of eternal life. They meet as the body of Christ. Best of all they have a personal relationship with Jesus. Count the cost and choose the cross. Total discipleship. It is possible to be God's elect by remembering he is the author and finisher of our faith. Heb 7:25 He prays for us as our great high priest--my words. They don't walk in repentence they overcome sin. 1Jn.1:9 I call this apology if we miss it. This walk of faith takes a lifetime but must get started.

On what basis is this going to be the last revival?

And where do you see they will be speaking in tongues?

Yes it seems this would be more workable if we could get some follow-up questions answered? Or is it a 'let those who have an ear hear' kind of a prophesy? Woe unto as many of us who have more questions than understanding then.

Or does SI really have to have (or to reinstate) email notifications for thread replies? So we know in timely manner when someone have replied to a thread we follow?

IDK if Thicket is a oneness Pentecostal but his joined reference to being baptized in Jesus name and speaking in tongues makes me wonder. If so there is a common belief among those (whether T2 is one or not) that one is not saved if they don’t speak in tongues.

To ask the poster a few question to try and clarify what he was trying to say is imo not the same as being critical.

Cambridge Dictionary: critical, adjective (NOT PLEASED) meaning "saying that someone or something is bad or wrong"

The name doesn't matter when I heard it from Heaven - It was called the Joshua people, but as say it doesn't matter about the name.

Here is the key words "Victorious People" to describe the people...

Exactly! There is a lot to learn from the chapters about Gideon in Judges.

@deogloria has a point I would say. The intention here is not to prove the poster wrong but to be sure it is something worthy of saints' heed. And the questions we have are areas of doubts we would wish to have addressed prior to taking comfort in the prophesy. While I have been enabled (of God) to speak in tongues, I had yet to believe that all that are truly baptized in the Holy Spirit of God are given the same ability. Or is it so - because the text (in question) seems to suggest that those that do not speak in tongues are somewhat sluggish in their faith walk, and should pull up their socks?

The OP posted some very challenging words, lets not stumble over minor issues.
When Jesus said, they will speak in tongues, and Paul remarks do all speak in tongues? be happy if you do and leave it there. No need to strain out gnats. I do speak in tongues, but I need the fire the brother described, I want to join Gideon, leap water the right way, go out in my weakness while trusting for God's strength and provision to come as I go.

Well said, Narrowpath. As you may expect, I also do hunger after a great work of God. And would therefore have to be greatly conforted by prophesies such as that of the OP. The cause of concern is mainly to try and ensure that the posted prophesy is not another one of the enemy's schemes. Because you know that such come not but to steal, kill and destroy (by accusing brethren, etc). And therefore should ever be promptly refuted, if by any means doing so may interrupt the evil purpose thereof. Asking the said questions was therefore aimed at trying to work out the spirit the prophesy may be of. If it is God who gives and withhold tongues at his discretion, then why would those who speak in tongues be impliedly held in much honor than those who do not?

1 Cor 14:29 And let two or three prophets speak, and let the others discern.

When I posted, I was backing up what the original poster but the point seemed to missed.

The Original poster used the term "Gideon's army", when God spoke to me about "not the last" but "the Greatest ever Move of God to come" It was the book of Joshua that God used to speak about this Move of God.

For me Gideon's army or the Joshua people it doesn't matter.

I also can agree with the term "last" as one of the purposes of the Greatest Move of God ever is get God's people ready to face the antichrist and be Victorious and so surely it will be the last.

Many years ago in the summer of 89 I had a divine meeting with God, it was the day that I would start my Christian walk and during that divine meeting God spoke to me about the Greatest Move of God that is coming.

The thing I like about this is that Dutch Sheets turns to John Kilpatrick and says - "Brother this Move of God will be difficult to Steward"

I heard it from Heaven in 1989 that the Pastor's will struggle in this coming Move of God - why because God is going to raise up his people - what will the Pastor do when John Smith prays for someone and they are healed and thousand people turn up at the church.

I tell you - the strength of the Move of God is the people.

"I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh.” I wonder if we real- ized what he meant when God said, "I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh.” I do not think I fully realized nor could I under- stand the fullness of it, and then I read from the book of Joel: "Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain -” (Joel 2:23). It is not only going to be the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, but he is going to give to his people in these last days a double portion of the power of God!

@murrcolr, I did peronally notice your previous post on the subject. Its just that when you mentioned that the name you were provided with differed from the OP's, the weignt of the harmony impliedly dropped significantly. Just wondering if God is not capable of ensuring the the name is kept identical accross mulltiple prophets who are given the same prophesy. Or may someone best explain why God would purposefully use different names (seemingly to our/my consfusion)? I mean Josua and Gideon are are literally two different Characters (though certainly were both of the same Spirit).

Joshua and Gideon are types of Christ.

Christ our Saviour and Christ out deliverer.

What I would focus your attention on is the people behind these men, the First Post was about Gideon's army, if you were to spend any time with me you'd hear me talk about a victorious people.

The Joshua people / Gideon's army are a people who have been victorious.

That's the common theme..... and that my friend is what God will do.

I sincerely get confused by the prophesies that see a billion being added to the church in the last days revival linked to Joel’s latter rain statement and Jesus’ prophesied great falling away or apostasy in the church in the last days where there are "many” lost because of the increase of evil and seemingly not restored before His coming. Seems a strange juxtaposition. Any help from Scripture or wisdom and revelation?

Basic question is how can so many be added to the church and yet very many in the "church” lost. Not being cute here. The overwhelming trend of the passages of NT prophesies and concomitant warnings seems to be towards a sifting out with a few remaining.
