Colossians 1:13: Delivered From The Power of Darkness & translated into the Kingdom of God's Dear Son
This is a tremendous verse for victory over sin, healing and a life of wellness. When were you translated? When you were born again.
If you aren't in the Kingdom of Darkness any more, does it have any authority in you or over your life?
Where does sin and sickness come from? (These are basic truths that belong in your faith arsenal.)
(The Father) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.
Let's look at this in phrases and apply it personally by changing the pronoun:
The Father has delivered me (stop right there and think about the vast scope of what you have been delivered from, first Sin and then everything attached or resulting from it.
From the power(authority)
of darkness (who is the Ruler of the Darkness that operates in this world? When you answer that you know WHO you have been delivered from.)
And translated ME INTO THE KINGDOM OF HIS DEAR SON. (There are only two Kingdoms, both mentioned in this verse. If you aren't in one you ARE IN the other. If you ARE IN the Kingdom of God's Dear Son, you aren't the victim any more, you are the victor now.)

Oh, what blessed news! What hope for the future! What a reality for NOW!
Remember as you go over these that it was you (the spirit) that was translated out of the kingdom of darkness and conveyed into (born into) the Kingdom of Light. Not your mind, will or emotions. Or your body. So rightly divide as you read this verse so you can 'get it'.
Once again, I encourage you to write out your own personal confession making a composite of these versions. You will enjoy yourself doing it. You will be feeding your faith. You will be 'pouring in the clean water' to renew your mind.
