Saints, please, please, compare what these people are doing and teaching with scripture. These people are howling like animals and laughing uncontrollably. It can't be found in the Bible.

All these false teachers associated with the NAR have close ties with the prosperity gospel. It's one and the same thing, and what terrifies me is that they preach another Jesus.

I have confidence that if someone truly belongs to Jesus they will be rescued from this false gospel.

I saw where he "imparts" glory. The only place to get an anointing or any glory from God is on their knees with fasting and prayer.

It says a LOT about a Christian who runs to these people. Anyone that does is taking a short cut and I honestly don't believe this is of the Holy Spirit.

And of course, there's little to no mention of the cross, Christ crucified, or our suffering we must endure and enjoy for the sake of God's glory.

These religions all seem to focus on self and making life as fun and exciting as possible.

This goes against scripture on so many fronts.

I agree Lisa. I think it's a wonderful, beautiful thing when one can feel the manifest presence of Jesus in a church service or Bible study (where two or more are gathered in Jesus' name), but where we should be getting our supply of the Spirit is in the prayer closet, one on one with God.

Jesus warned that there would be a false signs and wonders movement in the last days (Matthew 24), and what do these people emphasize? You guessed it! Glory clouds, angel visitations, vague "prophecies", phony baloney "healings" (just watch Todd White, Brian's buddy, lengthen legs; he's literally pulling people's legs!)

Any true christian caught up in this will eventually get worn down trying to run from church to church seeking a new "high".
