Could God be using this to get me alone with him

Q
Quan2001 Jun 10, 2023

I'm trying to make friends. People are becoming freaked by me. I've been a loner most of my life and have autism. Alot of people say I have mental problems. Sometimes I cry myself to sleep I don't get why God made me like this.

People are making rumors about me to stay away from me. I keep praying to God why are you letting these things happen to me please heal my autism.

I need some advice?

I do not claim to know why God has allowed these things in your life. I have faced a lot of sorrow myself and do not understand why. However, I rest on the knowledge that God is good and He knows more than I do. In my lonely times, i do cry but I find that singing praise and worship relieves my sorrow and loneliness and reminds me of the love of God and brings me joy.

I wonder, do you have a church that you can call "home"? A string biblical church can also help with your loneliness. We are to fellowship with believers in part so that they can sustain us.

I will be praying for you.

We have a 4 year old who was last diagnosed with autism. We have found him most difficult admittendly (we have two others who are older). And one day I said to his mother. "While we are thus kept on our toes and are left longing for relief, let us note aswell that he too must be feeling like a burden to himself and must in the same manner be longing for relief." I have wondered at sundry times if growing up should make things easier for him. Sad to hear that the condition still feels like a burden enough to bring your sort of sorrow even at older age (assuming you are a lot older than him). I myself has been dealing with Anxiety disorder from 2020. A condition I have often refeared to as beast as I suffered its symptoms (which includes but not limited to cardiac tensions that leaves your heart beating like its failing). Well one thing to remember with sufferings is that it worketh patience which is a fruit of the spirit. And the same shall be propotionally rewarded. James says "count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience." Peter says: though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations, that the trial of your faith (being much more precious than gold that perisheth, though it be tested with fire) might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ,

Well God (who is certainly well able to heal ALL our infirmities and deliver the appressed), can often hold back to the same end - the trying of our faith even! But by and by all tears of the righteous shall be wiped - and white robes and crowns be presented.

brother,

yes God can sanctify and use many things to bring us closer to Him. Seek Him. I memorized the first 2 stanzas of this old hymn by H.F. Lyte many years ago, it helped me:

Jesus, I my cross have taken,
All to leave and follow Thee;
Destitute, despised, forsaken,
Thou, from hence, my all shalt be.
Perish every fond ambition,
All I’ve sought, and hoped, and known;
Yet how rich is my condition,
God and Christ are still my own!

Let the world despise and leave me,
They have left my Savior, too;
Human hearts and looks deceive me;
Thou art not, like man, untrue;
And, while Thou shalt smile upon me,
God of wisdom, love, and might,
Foes may hate, and friends disown me;
Show Thy face, and all is bright.

Dear Brother,
I am not an expert on autism however I am a Christian counselor. We all have issues.. Not one of us is perfect. Jesus alone is. I pray you can see that Jesus loves u. There is such a misunderstanding in the body of Christ about mental health issues and learning disabilities.. Depending what professional journal you read.. This is a disability. God made us all with abilities . I pray you do not let this disability hurt u but help u focus on all the good traits you have. Im sure u have many. Pls dont let the enemy beguile you.. This is not who you are.. You are a Son of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.. This is your identity..I pray this helps. God Bless you and I pray the Lord Jesus pours out His Grace upon you in Jesus name,
in Christ's love

I have found that making friends amongst the Godless spells trouble even when there is no condition in the picture. If you are part of a sound church indeed, try to confine your friendship making attempts within the same. Yes many do not clearly understand autism but a sound Christian companion would be careful not to hurt your feelings in their being less informed about your condition. And could even voluntarily try to educate themselves on the subject. If on the otherhand you are being hurt thus from church members, then this should be a sign that you are in a wrong/dead church. I reckon SI can also offer some good online friends to stand in while you wait.

And yes do try to take advantage of 'Christian' medical healthcarers (such the Christian counselor, Sister Frannie) over non-Christian ones if you can choose. As they can labour to make a good connection between the clinical nature of a condition and Spirituality

My take has been that sicknesses, diseases, disabilities and disorders, came as a result of the fall of men. They all come not but to afflict. And they come in different faces and durations. Some cling on man from birth while others does so sometime after. But the patience required is the same for all. And no you never stop praying for healing. But do so in patience. Bearing in mind that many Christian do die in their knees in one way or another. That is to say we die while ceitain of our petitions are not answered (so we were still praying about them).

I have a little book on Amazon written back in 2014. I am not a writer as such but I believe it does make valid Christian arguments. Seeking to discuss types of Christian sufferings. It's here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JXSCBSY?ref_=cm_sw_r_kb_dp_NPY7Y08EA0SFZKHGAJ5V&tag=kpembed-20&linkCode=kpe

In your other thread " Prophecy of Pastor Effie Chapman" you wrote :
"My grandmother and Pastor Chapman passed away. The Apostolic Mantle is passed to me."

Each person is unique in th eyes of God. God only has Children, no Grandchildren.
He didn't pass on anything from your grandmother to you
You never mentioned your own testimony, how God saved you.
That's where you need to start.
You have to work out your own salvation.
You need the help of other Christians, the help of the church you mentioned.
Ask again for their support.

Remember this:
Luke 5:31 Jesus answered, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”…
Jesus came for people like you and me - seek Him and let Him transform you.
May the joy of the Lord become your strength

OK yes that is true. There is to be no passing down of a Mantle in the new Testament's way of doing things. We all are to affilite with Christ for ourselves (independent of parent or sibling). May the Lord reveal this truth in your hearth - as well as granting you grace to embrace it.
