Following last week's SoCal Harvest Crusade, where 32,500 people gathered and 6,794 made decisions to dedicate their lives to Jesus Christ, Pastor Greg Laurie held a massive baptism event this weekend at Pirates Cove in Corona Del Mar, California.

Just last month, approximately 4,100 people gathered at Pirate's Cove Beach for what was labeled as one of the largest water baptisms in history; however, on Saturday Pastor Laurie and Harvest Christian Fellowship leaders helped to baptize 4,500 people into the Christian faith, surpassing the previous record held by Oceans Church.

What's happened to those that previously gave there life to the lord in both the soul survivor movement and the young restless and reformed movement

The apostle Paul says to rejoice with those who are rejoicing. You're better off taking the optimistic attitude rather than the critical attitude that can lead to a critical spirit that will quench the holy spirit in your own life, I experienced this for many years and it's the main problem that Christians have when they move into a place of dryness it's because they don't accept what the holy spirits doing in other people. True revivals and moves of the spirit can quite easily be quenched and overcome by the devil and by Christians not Stewarding what they've been given. The first-century revival moved into it state of institutional dryness where the spirit and the gifts were completely quenched in a general sense, most revivals that we've seen have died out at some point so that is not evidence on whether it's a true revival and not. Satan always comes against the moves of the Holy Spirit. What we is Christians must do is not verbally come against the outpouring of the holy spirit or let our hearts become critical. This is a move the spirit that's moving through America was seen and authenticated at the Asbury revival for everyone to see but many seeds were planted before this the ground was being prepared for many years just rejoice that god is doing something and the spirit will come into your life be critical about everything and you will open the door up for demonic oppression it's guaranteed. I say that because it's been part of my life which I don't plan to go back to and I want to see all Christians renewed and filled with the holy spirit, it only takes one sin to block the move of the Holy Spirit it might be unforgiveness it could be a critical spirit it could be judgment it could be unbelief any one of those things will be enough, so rejoice in the Lord, rejoice for what God is doing and expect him to move more and more in other people's lives and you will see the lord move in your life the way you want him to.
