1Co 10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
This includes all religious activities, ceremonies, statuary, ornate buildings, traditions not found in scripture, and commandments of men, especially those not commanded in scripture, but are "enforced" more than those that are found there.
IDOLATRY! ABOMINATION. Commanding what YEHOVAH has NOT commanded, and condemning all who violate their commandments while the commandments of YEHOVAH, like obedience and holiness, benevolent affections, et al. go unnoticed.
These evil things swallow up faith, and worse, there is no DIVINE evidence of answers to their prayers. Their claimed "power" is non-existent.
