Brother Greg, I usually send posts through my phone, and later discover that some of my posts are duplicates. I am trying to be careful about sending the same post more than once, but it is happening anyway, and I thought that maybe you could tell me what I am doing wrong.

In most cases this can be a loading problem on the website communicating with the server and sometimes people can press the button twice as they felt it did not work the first time.
It really isnt a user error as much as software issues. We have been slowly working towards migrating the website to a new platform which would fix issues like this.
