I'm not trying to be hard or make any broad blanket accusations against the Lord's church. I'm dealing with things and issues in my own life right now and it silences one when we try and take an honest look at our own selves first. I just came across this statement in a powerful teaching by Art titled "Atonement." It's worth considering though at any time or any era of the church and one's own life. I'm learning again that we don't really see clearly regarding others until we have dealt with ourselves first and foremost.
