A person who wants a shortcut to be healed will go to a psychologist / psychiatrist
they will try to heal without repentance, the goal is to make you feel good, the problem will only become deeper
All healing comes from Christ
metanoia (repent) is the first word spoken by Christ in the Gospels
if a person is unrepentant, healing is not possible
In the early Christian times, everything was solved in the Church
