I doubt that God would do that Brother, but there is a wonderful fruit of the Spirit that can be developed called self control.
"For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others””and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”" - Matthew 19:12
May God truly confirm this to you brother and enter into its reality by the Spirit of God.
Job 31:1

There are many married men and women for that matter that are slaves to their own physical desires, simply because they have not submitted themselves to the work of the cross, crucifying the flesh, and are not walking in the Spirit. God knows our weakness, and His grace is sufficient.
