When we have people in the church who are leaders are they elected due to popularity or due to the fact that they have been to university , how many do not have the holy spirit or do not hold to basic doctrine.
Matthew 23:11
But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.
How many leaders in the church shouldnt be leaders ?
The definition of a Leader, is a person who has followers. You have no real control over who a leader is, but you can decide whether you follow such a one.
I have un-followed a number of people in the course of my life!
Along this line, a good question to ask someone who you would either consider following, or be summoned to follow is this:
"Do you have someone in your life, besides your wife, who loves you and is able to tell you to your face that you are wrong?"
