Converts are those that are only interested in going to Heaven. A disciple is a follower of Jesus. The Lord never told us to make converts. He told us to make disciples and obey everything that He taught.

Making disciples involves getting in people's messy lives and walking with them through it. Read some of the crazy stuff the disciples said to Jesus!! And He loves them through it. Nobody wants to walk with anyone anymore. "Say this prayer and you're going in the rapture! That's all you need to know!" LOLOLOL
