Before posting, please consider if your contribution is “helpful for building others up” (Ephesians 4:29) or if it might inadvertently “slander one another” (James 4:11), remembering that to speak against a brother is to speak against the law of love. Our aim is to “love each other deeply,” for such love “covers over a multitude of sins” (1 Peter 4:8) and preserves the harmony of the body. May your contributions be “always full of grace, seasoned with salt” (Colossians 4:6), avoiding the sharp edges of division that we are cautioned to turn away from (Titus 3:10).
Pray Before You Post
Take a moment to pray before writing. Ask the Lord to guide your words, to grant you a humble spirit, and to use your contribution to encourage and edify the body of Christ. “Set a guard over my mouth, Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips.” — Psalm 141:3
Seek to Learn, Not to Win
This community is not a place for well-worn theological arguments or debates that have divided believers for centuries. Where sincere Christians differ, let us “accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarrelling over disputable matters” (Romans 14:1). Approach every topic with a desire to learn in humility rather than to prove a point, and where you differ with a brother or sister, do so with grace.
Honour All Brethren
Every member of this forum is a soul for whom Christ died. Do not speak evil of one another, do not judge your brother or sister (James 4:11–12), and remember that “by this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:35). Even in disagreement, let your tone reflect the gentleness of Christ.
Build Up, Do Not Tear Down
“Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another.” Our purpose here is mutual encouragement and growth in Christ — not contention. If a conversation is becoming heated, it is better to step away than to say something you will regret. — Romans 14:19

Saints,
we encourage you to re-read these guidelines from time to time and to consider each other in the body above yourselves. We grow in humility, Christ-likeness by praying for each other, serving each other and humbling ourselves. We will try adding to these guidelines from time to time as what would seem helpful for believers.
