You leave your family, start YOUR life the way you desire it to be. Find a wife and kids, get pushed over by your authority figures in your life. Barly make enough money to keep a roof over you and your families head and to feed them. Each night it goes through you mind 'Ugh, i've failed as a father' 'I'm smitten'. You must be 'tough' hold up your head high, but inside your dying inside. Managment changes at your work place, things look up. You start rejoicing saying 'God, You hear me, even in my low situation.' Bam. It all gets washed away. You lost it all. All. Blood. Sweat. Tears. The inner most of your being doesn't know how to respond to such events.Another....You've been good, great that is. Very obediant to your parents, got a job during high school made alot of money on the side, got a nice car, saved up money for college. Not only that you make straight A's in all your honor and advance placement classes, your practicial on the move to be whatever you wanna be. Senior year starts, you get numerous scholarships. Make it to college, FINALLY MOVE OUT! And live in a door at your dream college. Job, boyfriend, amazing friends. Life is perfect. Church is great, Jesus is awesome. Bam. Everything is washed away. Dorms are flooded as you watch the t.v. with your family from a distance. No job, no car, no friends, just your family all watching from miles away looking at your house covered in water, or destroyed. Why? Is there any hope? How am I going to finish college?Lastly,You graduated college, got your dream job, married the women of your dreams, attend Church, bible studies, fast and pray every other day. Seek the Father's will in your life. Have kids, their kids grow up, you go thru the depression a few wars and conflicts. Many conspiracies. The world becomes immoral, the things you never thought of ever happening happens. But you dont let the world get you down, you rejoice in the Lord. Witness to hundreds. Now, retirement, looking back on life and you get injuired, medication gets precribed to you, and you have to go to the doctor quite often because your becoming frail. Your relationship with your doctor is very encouraging. And you get word from him that your illness is going to be releaved in a month. Bam. All is washed away. You hear your doctor is dead, and his baby is gone. His sister gets killed because of their apartment collapsed. You knew them all very well. Your a widow, have been for many years, but now everyone is torn from you. The rest of your neighbors in your mobile home are dead because they didn't get helped in time. You need your pills and appointments with a doctor to recover or be forever paralzed. And there is no hope your trapped. Still. And all you see is water.Wow. Profound Stories, each have their own story. The people are stepping up. But the world doesn't know it's the 'months after' that counts as much as the inital responce. We won't be able to reach them all. Some will be trapped, others are on a plane flight to the nearest hospital that can help them. How many of them will die on that plane ride? The hospital went thru the hurricane also. I cried today, just watching for the first time some stories (i made some of them up, but I believe they aren't far from the truth). All i could say was 'Father'. My heart goes out to them. My heart. Father, send the people. Continue to send them. You've shown Your judgement, now Father, show Your everlasting mercy, just as You've shown all of us. We all deserved that hurricane to hit us, no matter where we live in the world. Thank You for sparing us, but hear our cry, Show them Your Mercy. Show them Your love. Show them You in all of Your Glory.
